At Everest Agrovet Farm & Research Center, we aim to provide high-quality agrovet products and services. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Issue reported within 3–5 days of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used agrovet products
  • Perishable or chemical-based agricultural items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

4. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or agreed alternative

5. Exchange Policy

In case of eligible issues, we may offer product replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
